Little Boys and Girls Sweat Lodge
This lineage has been passed down to me by my
beloved Elder Sharon Mitchell, from her elder Rutherford
Loneman Whitestar, and so forth. This is a beautiful
teaching lodge that has the strength and heat for those
with experience in an “inipi” and the gentleness and
ease for those who will join us for the first time
(which is how it came to be known and the Little Boys
and Girls Lodge). This is a great lodge for newcomers
and we welcome people for the first time as well as
those who have much experience in the lodge.
 While supervised children are welcome it is not a lodge
specifically for children as some have asked me before.
The designation “boys and girls” Means it is not a
warrior lodge and there are many ways made for people to
be comfortable and at ease. Feel free to call me with
your questions. If spirit is calling you to attend a
lodge please let me know so I can let assist you in
knowing how and when to arrive, what to bring,
directions and other helpful hints.
I hope to
enter the sacred turtle lodge with you and feel the
comfort and security of the earth holding us tight as we
purify and pray for the healing of us all.
